What parents & players need to know about the MLB Draft

In today's highly competitive baseball environment every year thousands of talented young athletes miss out on the MLB draft simply because their scouting reports are not submitted - a necessary requirement for eligibility. In fact, more than 60% of high school players who could qualify to get drafted are overlooked just because their reports are not submitted by MLB scouts to Major League Baseball Top Executives. 

I have designed a new groundbreaking program here at Beverlys Sports Management, to give overlooked talented young athletes an extraordinary opportunity to get drafted. Young players can now have their own personal MLB scouting reports, filled out and submitted directly to Major League Baseball Top Executives to become eligible for the MLB draft. My MLB scouting reports will show young players how to elevate and enhance their strength, speed, mental toughness, knowledge and skill to transform their game to the next level. 

I will guide parents and players through every stage of the MLB draft process with my twenty plus years of MLB scouting --- from understanding eligibility requirements and preparing for scouting evaluations, to navigating draft day logistics and successfully signing their contracts. 

There are three age groups: 

Ages 13 and 14 Player Development

Ages 15 and 16 Player Development

Ages 17 and 18 Player Development/MLB Draft Prospect
